What to compare during your visit
Fabric in real light
Hold fabric up against the light to see how much it filters. A sheer that looks opaque when folded may become much more transparent at a window. A thicker fabric may darken the room, but the result also depends on lining and side gaps.
Look closely at weave, pattern scale and the way folds form. Larger patterns need thoughtful cutting and panel alignment, especially when two curtains meet at the centre.

Tracks, layers and operation
If you want a sheer layer and a night curtain, ask to compare double-track solutions. For high or wide openings, discuss motorised tracks and how controls will be positioned. Where there is little wall space, a ceiling track may create a cleaner finish than a projecting rod.
The team can explain practical care for each fabric and the difference between a ready-sized look and a measured curtain stitched for the exact opening.
